Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Plant Controller for the Woodstock Plant to lead budgeting, financial reporting, and monthly close, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate records. The role focuses on cost management, productivity improvements, and safeguarding assets.

The position reports to the Associate Director of Manufacturing Finance and requires extensive experience in finance within manufacturing, with strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance is required.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and systems.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Orientation towards details and results-driven; proactive and self-starter.
Extensive practical systems knowledge (SAP/Other Costing Systems, advanced Excel).
Professional accounting designation CPA, CMA, CGA and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Report and present the manufacturing operation's financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Manage month-end close process within SAP.
Reconcile Plant Balance Sheet accounts.
Provide cost forecasting and analysis, productivity pipeline accuracy.
Lead corporate initiatives within the plant; support BU Finance on projects.
Provide financial support to KHMS teams.
Manage and develop direct reports.
