Kraft Heinz is seeking a Plant Controller for its Holland Factory to lead financial planning, reporting, and control. You will manage budgeting, monthly close, and cost analysis while driving productivity and safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance.
• 6+ years in Finance or Accounting Management.
• CPA, CMA, CGA and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP/Costing systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Report and present financial results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manage month-end close process in SAP.
• Reconcile Plant Balance Sheet accounts.
• Provide cost forecasting and productivity analysis.
• Lead plant initiatives and support KHMS teams.
• Develop and manage direct reports.
