Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Plant Environment as a Cost Accountant or Plant Controller.
• 3+ years' experience as Financial and/or Operational Analyst.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment accounting roles focusing on cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis to align site objectives.
• Lead annual forecasts and budgeting processes.
• Focus on timely month-end results and reporting.
• Lead month-end close processes for balance sheet integrity.
• Ensure compliance with HPS/LS policies.
