Job summary

Texmo Blank in Germany seeks a Plant Controller to lead the financial performance of the manufacturing site. You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive profitability and cash flow.

The role requires Lean finance experience, cost accounting mastery, and strong Excel with ERP knowledge, ideally Microsoft Dynamics. German fluency and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Post-degree qualification in Finance or MBA preferred.
• Several years of experience in Plant Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or Operations Finance.
• Proven track record as a business partner to plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, product costing, inventory management, and performance management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to group and plant leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting processes.
• Act as trusted financial advisor to local leadership and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Maintain robust product costing and support LEAN methods for inventory valuations.
• Oversee inventory control and capital expenditure assurance with post‑investment reviews.
• Apply Lean Finance to enhance transparency, automation, and decision making.
