Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in Plant Controller or Plant Accounting Leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and financial presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control activities of the plant.
• Lead budgeting and capital budgeting processes.
• Provide daily financial reporting of production and expenses to plant management.
• Implement cost-control programs to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers and trends.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for financial and operatinal performance.
