Job summary

RSI North America Inc invites applications for a Plant Controller role focused on manufacturing-floor partnership with operations and driving financial insight to improve production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and profitability.

The candidate will lead all plant accounting activities, oversee cost and inventory accounting, drive ERP optimization with NetSuite Manufacturing, and develop dashboards and KPIs for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, audits and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee manufacturing and cost accounting (standard costing, product costing, variance analysis, margin analysis, pricing support).
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize purchasing, procurement, inventory and working capital.
• Manage inventory accounting, valuation, cycle counts, physical inventories and improve inventory accuracy and turnover.
• Lead NetSuite Manufacturing ERP optimization, reporting automation, and data integrity.
