Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge in financial analysis, cost and general manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with standard cost accounting, auditing and budgeting.
• Bachelor degree in accounting; 5–8 years in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial functions including cost and general accounting activities.
• Oversee product costing, capacity planning and time studies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports.
• Supervise accounting staff and payroll for hourly and salaried teammates.
• Budgeting, forecasting and annual audit preparation.
