Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) seeks a Plant Controller to manage all financial operations for a NW Ohio manufacturing plant, overseeing planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting. The role includes leadership of the accounting staff and implementation of internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and at least 3 years of plant financial management experience within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Minimum 3+ years of plant financial management experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including financial planning, performance analysis and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as cost accounting activities.
• Lead accounting staff and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Prepare financial reports for corporate accounting purposes.
• Provide business analysis to identify cost reductions and productivity improvements.
