Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Glendale, Arizona seeks a Plant Controller to lead financial operations for the facility, partnering with plant teams and corporate to drive cost control, standard costing, month-end close, budgeting and ERP governance.

You will develop labor costing models, ensure inventory integrity, manage audits, provide reporting to plant and corporate leadership, and support strategic projects with financial insights.

Qualifications

• Cost accounting and standard product costing experience with complex bills of materials.
• Experience in the CPG industry, particularly food and beverage, preferred. Experience in alcohol industry highly preferred.
• Experience building labor costing models.
• Demonstrated expertise using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant operations to ensure accuracy of production records and develop labor costing models.
• Oversee plant TTB compliance, develop, maintain and ensure adherence to financial and operational controls.
• Review P&L accounts and provide insights on changes vs budget, forecast and prior year; ensure inventory accuracy and sub-ledger integrity.
• Lead standard cost development for annual budgets and forecasts, and manage variance analytics and reporting.
• Develop training and leadership within the team and assess resource needs to support objectives.
