Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze costs, variances, and performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting.
• Analyze monthly financial results, KPIs and operating metrics.
• Analyze manufacturing costs: materials, labor, overhead, scrap and productivity.
• Maintain product costing, inventories, BOMs, routings and master data.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and standard-cost updates.
