A bit about us:
An established automotive manufacturer is looking for a hands‑on Plant Controller to lead finance for two production facilities generating roughly $110M in combined annual revenue. You'll be based at the larger Kentucky site (350+ employees) and also oversee a smaller sister plant in Central Texas, with very minimal travel.
You'll report directly to the Plant Manager, with a dotted line to Corporate Finance. That means a seat at the operations table and visibility with corporate leadership. The company is also building out its SOX control environment, so you'll help shape how it's done, not just maintain it.
