As the Plant Controller for our Medina, NY manufacturing facility, you will serve as the financial leader and trusted business partner for the site, effectively acting as the CFO of the plant’s end-to-end supply chain. Reporting directly to the ISC Finance Director and serving as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will provide financial oversight, strategic guidance, and operational support to help drive the plant’s performance and transformation initiatives. This role supports a manufacturing operation with approximately $75M in annual production value, $30M in inventory, and a workforce of approximately 280 employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial compliance, delivering accurate and timely reporting, driving operational improvements, and influencing decisions that improve profitability, productivity, and cash flow.
