As the Plant Controller for our Medina, NY manufacturing facility, you will serve as the financial leader and trusted business partner for the site, effectively acting as the CFO of the plant’s end-to-end supply chain. Reporting directly to the ISC Finance Director and serving as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will provide financial oversight, strategic guidance, and operational support to help drive the plant’s performance and transformation initiatives. This role supports a manufacturing operation with approximately $75M in annual production value, $30M in inventory, and a workforce of approximately 280 employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial compliance, delivering accurate and timely reporting, driving operational improvements, and influencing decisions that improve profitability, productivity, and cash flow. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 -154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
