Job summary

Compri Consulting is seeking a Plant Controller for a direct hire, onsite role to support a manufacturing facility and partner closely with operations leadership in Rock Island, Tennessee.

The position requires deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close within a manufacturing setting. Automotive/heavy manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing finance/accounting experience.
• Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, or Senior Cost Accountant background.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close experience.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments preferred.
