Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a strategic Plant Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and close processes. You will partner with operations to drive cost accounting, inventory control, and variance analysis, delivering insights for executive decisions.

The role emphasizes strengthening internal controls, supporting lean initiatives, and guiding ERP enhancements to align finance with manufacturing needs. Strong GAAP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and close activities with timely statements.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audits, tax filings, treasury, and capex.
• Partner with operations to provide cost accounting, inventory management, and variance reporting.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement through financial process improvements.
• Lead finance-related ERP enhancements to support manufacturing operations.
