Job summary

TriSource is seeking a Plant Controller to lead finance for a $400M+ manufacturing site. This hands-on role partners with the Plant Manager and site leadership to translate plant activity into clear financial insight and to improve cost drivers, operational performance, and profitability.

You will influence day-to-day decisions with direct visibility into budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, plus you'll manage a small finance team and earn a $5,000 bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting or finance with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting standard costing and plant level financial drivers.
• Proven ability to lead a team and influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to analyze performance, identify root causes and drive decisions.
• Focus on improving processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan and manage the full plant budgeting and forecasting cycle.
• Run monthly operating reviews analyzing labor, material, and overhead performance and drive follow up actions.
• Build cost models for new products so leadership understands margin impact before launch.
• Own inventory accuracy and strengthen processes around transaction control and variance analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to address gaps in spending efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, develop, and elevate a small plant finance team, supporting their growth and progression.
