The Bolton Group is seeking a Plant Controller for our Alabama manufacturing facility. You will lead accounting, oversee cost and inventory accounting, and partner with plant leadership to drive performance.

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, with opportunities to develop a small accounting team and influence strategic decisions across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of inventory, standard costing, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work closely with operations while managing accounting priorities.

Base salary approximately $125,000 + target bonus of 12.5% (200% multiplier)
