We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Plant Controller to support plant financial performance and partner closely with operations leadership. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, forecasting, inventory costing, and driving business decisions through analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities for Plant Controller

• Lead plant costing activities, including inventory costing, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve productivity, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including sales, expenses, inventory, cash flow, and capital planning.
