Competenze

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory control, fixed assets, and GAAP.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior accounting staff.

This key strategic role partners closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight, guidance, and direction to the plant management team. The successful candidate will help drive performance through financial planning, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Of The Plant Controller

• The Plant Controller will partner with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to guide financial performance.


• Manage and mentor the Junior Accountant.


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost/fixed assets accounting.


• Develop and maintain product cost standards, capital budgets, and inventory controls.


• Analyze plant financials, identify trends, and recommend improvements.


• Present financial insights and reports to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
