Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to support the financial operations of a high-growth semiconductor manufacturing unit. You will partner with plant leadership to manage reporting, cost control, and strategic planning.

This role requires strong SAP experience, SOX knowledge, and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for operations and senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Plant/manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience.
  • Experience with standard costing, inventory, P&L reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Public company experience with SOX and audit support.
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong SAP experience.
  • Semiconductor/high-mix manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end close, plant financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
  • Lead cost accounting and standard costing from raw materials through finished goods.
  • Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business unit financial planning.
  • Partner with Operations and leadership on financial performance, KPIs, and business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and explain results to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Support capital expenditure reporting and other financial projects as needed.

A leading publicly traded semiconductor and technology company is seeking a Plant Controller to support the financial operations of a high-growth manufacturing business unit. This role will partner closely with plant and business leadership and oversee plant-level financial reporting, cost accounting, planning, and operational analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end close, plant financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
