Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a CI Specialist to coordinate Lean transformation activities within an assigned department or value stream. You will champion change and guide sustainment of safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements under the CI Manager and Plant Leadership.

You will apply established CI tools and standard work at the department level, supporting both small-scale improvements and cross-functional events led by CI leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or WCM.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt is a plus, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI Manager and Plant Leadership to foster an engaged work environment.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools and measures for CI initiatives.
• Facilitate point kaizen and department improvement events to drive sustainable initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional, full-week improvement events led by CI leadership.
• Analyze department data to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize them.
• Perform and teach root cause analysis using standard problem-solving tools.
• Support productivity pipeline projects within an assigned department.
• Manage multiple defined-scope projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress and escalate barriers and sustainment risks to CI Manager.
• Support peers to drive performance across the organization.
