Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Plant Care Technician to visit customer sites and provide professional plant care, including grooming, watering, pruning, and moisture management. You will maintain displays, prevent damage to surroundings, and support plantscape installations.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, basic math, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license; weekend work may be needed as part of a rotating schedule. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or related experience/training; or equivalent.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites daily to care for plants: grooming, watering, pruning, trimming; remove debris and monitor soil moisture.
• Ensure plant displays are clean and free of dust; prevent moisture damage to surroundings.
• Assist on plantscape installations and holiday decorations; maintain scenting and air purification equipment as needed.
• Drive a service van/truck in urban/rural settings; climb ladders as required; follow safety procedures.
