Bonduelle company seeks a Maintenance Team Lead to direct and coordinate maintenance on production line equipment at our Jackson, GA facility. This role focuses on maximizing equipment efficiency while leading a team of mechanics across multiple shifts and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has advanced maintenance knowledge, hands-on PLC and electrical skills, and experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting within a food processing environment.Hourly pay will be

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED/High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge in maintaining production line equipment.
• Knowledge of supervision techniques, planning and scheduling of maintenance work and work prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and schedule training.
• Promote positive relationships across management and maintenance staff.
• Participate in project management on production line equipment.
• Meet daily to discuss issues with production equipment and work order status.
• Order parts, clarify requisitions, forecast spending, and coordinate equipment modifications.
• Ensure staff follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assign work to mechanics across three shifts and provide feedback.
• Review equipment manuals and develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure proper sanitation after maintenance on production line equipment.
