Bunge is seeking a Plant Analyst in Remington, Indiana to provide critical production information on inventory, budgets, and downtime, enabling efficient resource allocation and KPI monitoring. You’ll generate reports, analyze data, and collaborate across departments to support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, continuous improvement, and SAP system usage to ensure accurate records and optimized operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
• Proven experience in customer service and data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise systems is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and report physical inventory observations and close monthly cut-offs.
• Conduct periodic inventories to support production planning and data accuracy.
• Monitor yields, variances, rework, and scrap; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain SAP records and ensure timely data reporting for scorecards.
• Assist with budgeting inputs and monthly forecasts; support audits and SOX narratives.
