Job summary

Bunge Limited in Remington, IN is seeking a Plant Analyst to provide essential production information to management. You will monitor inventory, budgets, and downtime, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions across departments.

You'll plan inventories, maintain SAP records, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate audits and records retention. A strong background in finance or accounting and 10+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of related administration and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and data reporting in a manufacturing/agribusiness setting is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and report physical inventory observations per policy and SOPs, and establish month-end cut-offs.
• Plan and perform periodic inventories to support production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor yields, shrinks, variances, and ensure SAP records are accurate.
• Collect and report daily, weekly, monthly production data for scorecard development.
• Assist with annual plant budgeting and interpretation of variances.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting for plant expenses and variances.
• Be the SAP power user for plant-specific functions and audits (SOX documentation).
• Process AP tasks including daily cheque runs, EFTs, and government levy calculations.
• Coordinate record retention and offsite storage; support audits.
