Job summary

Gotion Inc. seeks a Plant Administration Director to lead the administrative operations for a U.S. manufacturing facility of ~500 employees. You will oversee administration, security, transportation, catering, and vendor management while ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in manufacturing-site administration, 5+ years of people leadership, and strong cross-functional skills to interact with senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive administration and site operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting a large manufacturing facility (300–1,000+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of plant administration, employee services, security, transportation, catering, workplace services, and vendor management.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with senior leadership, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall administrative operations and site services for a manufacturing facility of ~500 employees.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective site operation by overseeing administration, employee services, security, transportation, catering, facilities, vendor management, and executive visits.
• Build and implement administrative systems to support large-scale manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
