Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within defined routines.
• Good verbal and written communication; collaborates effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors and verify compliance with safety policies.
• Provide clerical support to all plant departments.
• Enter daily production and sales; receive inventory.
• Maintain filing system and document control; manage office supplies.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and track invoices and payments.
• Monitor timecards and assist with payroll hours reconciliation.
