Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for plant operations.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide plant performance.
• Maintain and update standard cost systems, ensuring product costs are captured accurately.
• Partner with operations to analyze financial and non-financial data for business decisions.
• Track capital spending and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Support SOX compliance and maintain internal controls at the plant level.
• Assist with special projects and financial process improvements.
