Job summary

Bolder Industries is seeking a Plant Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for a manufacturing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. You'll handle revenue, AR, AP, inventory, cost accounting, fixed assets, and month-end close, partnering with operations and corporate finance for accurate reporting.

The role requires collaboration, strong internal controls, and timely close execution in a fast-paced environment on‑site. ISO and ISCC+ compliance support is part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3 to 7 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Experience with revenue accounting, AR, AP, inventory, cost accounting support, and month-end close.
• ERP system experience including QuickBooks Enterprise, Bill.com, and Expensify or similar.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly sales transactions.
• Ensure revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare customer invoices and related shipping documentation.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL monthly; assist with bad debt reserve analysis.
• Process vendor invoices; code to proper cost centers and projects.
• Support month-end close; prepare financial reporting packages and schedules.
• Track capital expenditures and CAPEX capitalization; assist fixed asset reviews.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits and ISO/ISCC compliance.
