Greenworks Tools is seeking a Plant Accountant to serve as the on-site finance partner at the Morristown manufacturing facility. You will drive financial analysis, cost control, and reporting to support operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, variance analyses, asset management, and internal controls, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver KPIs and financial insights that propel sustainable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• ERP system experience is preferred.

• Monitor factory spending and analyze budget and forecast performance.
• Prepare variance analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor expenses, inventory transactions, and operational variances.
• Develop and maintain plant KPIs and performance reports.
• Maintain fixed asset records and accountability.
• Track capital expenditures and project spending.
• Coordinate asset audits and inventory verification activities.
• Review payment requests for accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance.

• Help strengthen financial controls and improve finance processes.

We are seeking a Plant Accountant to serve as the primary on-site finance partner for our Morristown manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in supporting plant operations through financial analysis, cost control, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
