Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Accountant Manager to join their team.

Join a dynamic team as a Plant Accountant Manager, where you'll lead operational accounting activities and play a pivotal role in a major system migration project. This is a hands-on leadership position that offers the opportunity to blend operational excellence with strategic system thinking, ensuring the integrity of our Gas and Natural Gas Processing operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee allocation, volumetric analysis, balancing, and invoicing processes.
• Set and maintain billing structures for firm and interruptible volumes.
• Supervise deficiency calculations and ensure timely invoicing.
• Lead the migration of legacy systems into W Energy (Waterfield).
• Optimize end-to-end accounting workflows for consistency.
• Manage contracts, plant throughput, and settlement accuracy.
• Drive integration across departments for system balancing.
• Evaluate and implement standardized accounting procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Midstream Oil & Gas.
• Understanding of midstream accounting processes and system migrations.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and multiple producer accounts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with W Energy (Waterfield) or TIPS.
• Familiarity with super systems or bridge gathering.
• Marketing accounting experience.
• Experience with take-in-kind (TIK) contracts.
