Energy Transfer is seeking a Supervisor – Plant Accounting in Oklahoma City to lead the Midstream Accounting team. You will help ensure accurate settlement, revenue recognition, and reporting for producers and customers, leveraging ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing, cost accounting, or plant accounting.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, processing, and maintaining contracts and contract-related financial information.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop staff through training, knowledge sharing, succession planning, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Lead initiatives to improve revenue accounting processes and system automation.

The Midstream Revenue Accounting team plays a critical role within Energy Transfer by connecting commercial agreements, operational activities, and financial reporting across the midstream business. The team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely settlement, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting of services provided to producers and customers. Through strong financial controls, contract compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps safeguard revenue integrity and deliver reliable financial information to management and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex midstream contracts and commercial agreements to ensure correct settlement with producers and shippers.
• Review customer settlement calculations and adjustments assisting in customer disputes and revenue-related issues
• Maintain and strengthen SOX controls over revenue processes by developing standardized procedures and documentation.
• Develop staff through training, knowledge sharing, succession planning, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing, cost accounting, or plant accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, processing, and maintaining contracts and contract-related financial information.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
