AGI is seeking a Plant Accountant to support manufacturing finance, inventory reconciliation, and month-end close processes. You will collaborate with production, finance, and project management teams to ensure accurate general ledger activity and timely reporting, while maintaining a detail-focused, team-oriented work ethic.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience (preferably in a plant).
• Experience reconciling inventory.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience reviewing & analyzing G/L transactions and preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and easily adapt to new and changing situations.
• Self-Starter with an eagerness to problem solve.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and works well within teams.
• Maintain accuracy while working with a large volume of data.

Aufgaben

• Manage and process all manufacturing memos
• Process and review material usage for all plants to identify potential issues and resolve as needed.
• Reconcile inventory and other reconciliations
• Assist in the review and coding of all plant invoices
• Assist in managing certain raw material purchase orders
• Prepare various month end close journal entries
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
