Job summary

Graitec North America is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Plant 3D) to deliver training, mentoring, and technical support for successful software adoption. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering consulting, implementation, or training services for engineering or design software (ideally Plant 3D or similar).
• Strong background in customer-facing roles, including post-sales support, troubleshooting, and technical solution delivery.
• Experience working with project-based engagements, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to support pre-sales activities (demos, technical presentations, solution positioning).
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments (e.g., EPC, oil & gas, manufacturing).

• Deliver project-based support and bespoke training that accelerates customer adoption and maximizes satisfaction.
• Design and implement consulting packages aligned to project goals, leveraging client data and analytics for measurable impact.
• Lead strategic engagements and follow-up sessions, using data-driven insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring solution stability and client confidence.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, using analytics to identify trends and prevent recurring problems.
• Define and improve support frameworks, training others and integrating high-performance standards.
• Produce high-quality documentation, articles, and videos that enhance customer enablement and brand positioning.
• Lead content strategy and embed data governance for global benchmarking.
• Demonstrate solution value and technical expertise in product demos and meetings, supporting revenue growth.
