This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply broad expertise to the joint planning processes and COCOM processes to evolve IC participation and input into daily operations.
• Focus on the quality of the training the exercises provide and the follow‑on implementation of that training into procedures, orders, plans, tools, and crew qualification products.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree plus 11 years of relevant space domain awareness/operations experience with demonstrated expertise, or bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or no degree with 14 years of relevant experience.
• 7 years combined experience in IC and/or DOD exercises and planning processes.
• 2 years combined relevant operations floor and/or project management experience working with other IC organizations and Combatant Commands.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required to be considered.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to perform contract tasks independently and lead teams.

Additional Compensation
