Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in retail merchandising, planogramming, or related background.
• 3 years in corporate/retail merchandising environment.
• 3 years cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• 1 year planogramming, space planning, or merchandising analytics.
• 1 year use of JDA Space Planning to create, analyze, and proof planograms.
• 1 year supporting or leading planogram resets with execution handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Document standards and criteria for category of responsibility.
• Improve the planogram process through automations, redesigns, or tech recommendations.
• Onboard new employees and train Planogram Analyst teams on new processes.
• Develop vendor relationships to support planogram development and training.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on design and analysis of planograms reflecting merchant intent.
• Analyze planogram metrics to support reset projects and drive space productivity.
• Make data-driven recommendations for item facings and placements.
• Lead capture and creation of core planograms in JDA and define core needs.
• Document Micro Space information in reset project playbooks and transfer to vendors.
• Review POG Hand Off and documentation before deployment; ensure compliance.
• Manage Collaborative Planogram Review to align with merchant intent and customer experience.
• Ensure effective hand-off between SSCM/SSCB or vendors; manage POG strategy and execution.
• Conduct initial POG proofing and schedule project touch bases with SSCB.
• Create reporting and automations for proofing of planograms; ensure QA via reporting.
• Present information clearly for store execution and gather cross-functional feedback.
• Manage planogram assignment and timely communication to stores.
