Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service and support field operations with proactive communication.

You’ll assist with planogram resets, price updates, and signage maintenance while keeping safety and efficiency in mind, interacting with customers and teammates to fulfill store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers and team members.
