The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, a smartphone for app usage, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Retail experience is a plus and a flexible, in-person work setting is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Must read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; may need to install an app.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Retail store experience is preferred.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and prepare work area.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags, and new item product updates.
• Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematic.
• Maintain clean work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with professionalism and customer service.
• Comply with company guidelines on timeliness, productivity, and safety.
• Practice safe lifting and respect store policies.
