Job summary

Responsibilities include repositioning shelving, reporting progress to supervisors, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and have a smartphone for required apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• A smartphone with internet/data access is required and an app may be used.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with company guidelines and safety requirements.
