Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join its Field Activity Support Team (FAST). The role focuses on executing planograms, price changes, signage, and fixture assembly within a single store while delivering legendary customer service.

The FAST Team Member will adapt to flexible shifts, maintain planogram integrity, and support store operations. A high school diploma is preferred, with basic computer skills and strong communication essential to success.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
