Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with a strong automation and quality focus.
• Hands-on experience designing test automation architectures and CI/CD integrated quality.
• Experience with AI copilots or LLM tools in engineering, with validation and oversight.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Set the automation and quality strategy across product lines.
• Architect lifecycle automation with reusable frameworks, simulators, and tools.
• Embed automated quality controls and traceability into CI/CD pipelines.
• Engineer connected-system integration across devices, apps, interfaces, and data flows.
• Apply AI responsibly, with governance, privacy, and human oversight.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives to improve coverage and productivity.
• Partner with software, systems, quality, cybersecurity, and product teams to raise the bar.
• Ensure safety and compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820.
