Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking a Facilities Technician to execute daily maintenance and operations at our headquarters. You’ll handle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FF&E, and related tasks, ensuring ships, builds, landscaping, event support, and site services run smoothly.

You’ll work with vendors and staff, resolve moderate facilities issues, plan tasks with minimal direction, and help keep breakrooms and company vehicles in good condition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in an office environment.
• Basic understanding of MEP, FF&E.
• Ability to analyze problems and create appropriate courses of action.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high degree of versatility.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle MEP/FF&E tasks including shipping/receiving, building maintenance, supply room, landscaping, event support, breakrooms, and company vehicles.
• Resolve facilities issues of moderate complexity.
• Plan and execute tasks with minimal direction.
• Work as part of a team to ensure daily facilities functions are accomplished.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with vendors, visitors, and employees at all levels.
• Bend, stoop, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
