Job summary

Analog Technologies Corp. is seeking an AT- Planning and Purchasing Manager to lead the planning and purchasing teams at the Burnsville, MN site.

You will oversee material readiness, capacity planning, and alignment with master scheduling to meet production commitments. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or related field, at least five years in procurement and planning, and experience in electronics contract manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum five years of procurement/ planning experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing/ contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and planning teams to ensure material and capacity is ready to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure all purchases and processes comply with policies, customer requirements, AS9100 quality system, and regulatory requirements.
• Align site with corporate supply chain initiatives; identify, evaluate and manage suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms and contracts.
• Define planning process aligned with a corporate master plan; determine capacity requirements, constraints and potential schedule conflicts.
• Improve ERP and MES system processes to support purchasing and planning objectives; collaborate with Customer Account Services, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proactively address end of life, at risk, or lead time changes with suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
