Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and planning to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop and execute supply plans aligning inventory with demand.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
• Optimize inventory across the network to balance service and working capital.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Sales and others to support performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and efficiency.
• Communicate planning metrics and trends to leadership.
• Lead and develop planning team members for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
