Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in university curriculum for planning, public administration, geography, or similar field.
• Experience with data presentation is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend administrative and committee meetings.
• Transcribe minutes of the Planning Board, Historic Resources Board, and/or Board of Zoning Appeals from video recordings.
• Perform research, synthesize data, and create charts, tables, graphs, reports, memos, etc. to present to the Senior Planner and department management.
• Perform basic office functions such as data entry and file management.
• Participate in a variety of projects, including updating the Comprehensive Plan.
