Job summary

You will work alongside planners, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers on diverse, multi-disciplinary projects. Under supervision of a project manager and senior staff, you will help produce documents, graphics, GIS analyses, and community outreach materials, and participate in capstone projects mentored

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and ArcGIS Pro.

Responsibilities

• Support planners, landscape architects, urban designers, and engineers in documents, reports, graphics, and deliverables.
• Compile data and conduct research for project presentations and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing planning studies, GIS analyses, graphics development, and outreach materials.
• Participate in project steering committees and community outreach meetings.
• Work under supervision of a project manager and senior staff.
