Eagle Strategies, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Investment Advisor Representatives to build client relationships and deliver holistic financial guidance from our Glendale office. IARs leverage a fee-based planning platform and a broad suite of investment solutions to craft planning-centered client strategies.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65)
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ goals and values.
• Create coordinated strategies that integrate investments, taxes, insurance, retirement, and estate considerations.
• Guide clients through life’s major financial decisions with proactive advice and ongoing planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, education, and accountability.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide sophisticated planning solutions when appropriate.
• Stay current on market trends, tax law changes, and financial planning strategies to continually deliver exceptional advice.
