Eagle Strategies, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial IARs to build a planning-centered practice in the Bentonville area. You will guide clients through holistic financial decisions, backed by a fee-based planning platform and access to a broad investment solutions universe.

Formación

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and values.
• Create coordinated strategies that integrate investments, taxes, insurance, retirement, and estate considerations.
• Guide clients through life’s major financial decisions with proactive advice and ongoing planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, education, and accountability.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide sophisticated planning solutions when appropriate.
• Stay current on market trends, tax law changes, and financial planning strategies to continually deliver exceptional advice.
