Job summary

Eagle Strategies is seeking entrepreneurial Investment Advisor Representatives who want to build meaningful, long-term client relationships while delivering sophisticated, holistic financial guidance. Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients make informed financial decisions across every aspect of their financial lives.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and values.
• Create coordinated strategies that integrate investments, taxes, insurance, retirement, and estate considerations.
• Guide clients through life’s major financial decisions with proactive advice and ongoing planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, education, and accountability.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide sophisticated planning solutions when appropriate.
