Job summary

State of Wyoming is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning activities and annual facility planning for the State Construction Department. You will supervise a team of planners, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects align with statutes and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business.
• 2-4 years progressive work experience (typically in Business) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Policy & Planning Coordinator.
• Knowledge of state statutes, policies, methodologies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Experience with databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning staff, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely fulfillment of agency responsibilities.
• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, facility plans, and planning initiatives.
• Track and evaluate progress against schedules and deliverables.
• Communicate project changes, risks, and challenges to management and teams.
• Oversee annual facility planning with school districts and state agencies, ensuring compliance with statutes and policies.
